Getting the correct helmet

In order to be able to determine the correct helmet and accessories for you we need the following information about yourself and the helicopter type you fly:

• What is your hat size in cm ?
• What is the width and length of your head (Alpha helmets only) ?
• What kind of helicopters do you actually fly ?
• What kind of helicopters do you expect to fly in the future ?
• What kind of helicopter missions do you fly (logging, EMS ...)
• What kind of plug is used in the helicopters you fly ?
• What kind of COM system is installed in the helicopters you fly ?

Payment

Helmets must be paid in advance. Exception to this rule are major helicopter operators within Switzerland.

We only accept the following methods of payment:

• Swiss postal transfer
• Bank transfer (for customers inside or outside Switzerland)
• Western Union (for customers outside Switzerland)

We do not accept any credit cards.

Warranty

A warranty of 1 year is issued for all component we sell.

Delivery

We only deliver helmets once the payment has been received.
